MEET AVERY
As an eldest sister of 5 siblings, having a podcast was almost written in the stars.. I mean, what bossy big sister doesn’t have a podcast? I’ve always been a passionate storyteller (read: I talk a lot), giver of advice (whether you asked for it or not) and cheerleader (both literally and figuratively). Storytelling and teaching has always been part of my nature, and podcasting became the perfect way to bring that energy to a shared medium with like minded people.
After 13 years as the wife of a pastor, I deconstructed my Christian beliefs, left a destructive marriage and began my lifelong journey of seeking truth and personal growth through a spiritual lens. As I continued learning, walking through parenthood, reevaluating my relationships and really digging into my own trauma, I realized that learning to read, master, and harness my energy transformed not only my life, but everything around me.
Now, my mission is to teach people how to understand and work with their own energy, so they can navigate life with clarity, alignment, and purpose.
